Financial Analyst
Job Description
Chamber Cardio is building a first dedicated Financial Analyst role to strengthen the company’s financial infrastructure and reporting as it scales.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Growth team to create provider pitch decks and financial cases for network diversification and enterprise opportunities
- Analyze provider deals and strategic opportunities, including revenue, contribution margin, costs, and profitability
- Develop business cases and financial models for new initiatives and partnerships
- Rebuild and continuously improve Chamber’s provider performance model, including incentive structures that support sales conversion
- Produce market-level P&Ls and support provider pay decisions across provider, support, and admin functions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Support ELT processes tied to budgeting, spend, and resource allocation
- Assist with month-end close, corporate P&L, and variance analysis
- Own and maintain recurring financial and operating KPI reporting for leadership
- Drive financial automation using Claude and other AI tools to deliver real-time business performance insights
- Provide ad hoc financial and strategic analysis for leadership as Chamber grows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Working knowledge of accrual accounting
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or investment banking, with at least one year in healthcare
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Ability to translate complex analysis into a clear, compelling PowerPoint narrative
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude to build, refine, or stress-test financial models and reporting workflows
- Based in Nashville, Tennessee with the ability to work from the office one day per week

What you’ll accomplish in your first 90 days
- Build a strong understanding of Chamber’s business model and provider economics, and establish working relationships with key partners such as Growth and Network Operations
- Rebuild the provider performance model and enable the Growth team to use it for pricing and incentive decisions
- Apply Claude or another AI tool to improve the speed, accuracy, and usefulness of recurring financial reporting
