Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support budget preparation, financial planning, and ongoing forecasting updates
• Build and maintain the annual budget and pro forma financial statements
• Coordinate and communicate the action plan with cross-functional teams
• Own the Monthly Rolling Forecast process, partnering with each function and creating tactics to align to budget targets
• Conduct cost variance analysis using key indicators (forecast vs. actual)
• Manage capital expenditure (Capex) and operating expense activities
• Develop target battery cell pricing, including establishing target cell price and facilitating stakeholder concurrence discussions
• Answer budget-related questions from functional teams and provide guidance on PR/PO process details (GL, cost center, approval line)
• Perform ad hoc analyses and deliver financial recommendations to leadership
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience (1-2+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis or related experience preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
• Strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling, and reporting skills
• SAP experience preferred
