Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month end close
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to guide business decisions
- Ensure adherence to financial reporting requirements
- Maintain internal controls and policies to safeguard assets
- Lead financial reporting and analysis to support leadership
- Manage cash flow and treasury activities
- Provide strategic financial guidance to leadership
- Lead and develop the accounting team
- Coordinate audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Leadership experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
- Experience with financial systems and tools

Compensation and location
Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 per year
