Job Description
Senior Financial Management professional on the JASSM Development team responsible for budgeting, cost analysis, earned value, and reporting to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Establish program budgets.
- Monitor program budgets.
- Track costs.
- Manage funding requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis.
- Develop variance explanations.
- Recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain the Earned Value System and associated logs for timely financial reporting.
- Interact with program and financial management personnel to ensure process conformance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive business outcomes and provide ad hoc analysis to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis.
- Experience establishing and managing program cost baselines.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Ability to Work Remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their schedule remotely and part of their schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week, while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide additional time away from the office and are in addition to Paid Time off benefits.
