Financial Service Representative, Bilingual

Heights Finance Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Financial Service Representative to support customer success, assist with the loan process, and contribute to both sales activity and delinquency management. This full-time, onsite role is based in Elgin, IL and includes hands-on onboarding and ongoing mentoring.

Role Summary

In this position, you will provide service to new and existing customers, guide individuals through loan steps, and help drive revenue through consultative product conversations. You will also work with customers on past-due accounts, follow applicable regulatory standards, and support company policies designed to protect customer information and company assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to customers by guiding them through the loan process with professionalism.
• Use consultative sales techniques to educate customers on financial products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Manage inbound calls and complete proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings.
• Assist customers with past-due accounts by offering solutions and working toward account resolution.
• Complete hands-on training with one-on-one mentoring to build skills and confidence.
• Follow all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to customer information and company assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• College coursework or degree is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or consumer finance is preferred, though not required (training provided for the right candidate).

Compensation

Hourly pay: $17.75 to $24.25.

The base hourly range reflects the low and high end of the anticipated range based on state average. The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by factors including location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

Schedule

Full Time: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs and peak seasons.
