The Financial Services Representative role supports clients in building long-term financial foundations and working toward their monetary goals. The position is based in Fargo, ND and provides a structured development path that combines training, marketing support, and ongoing technical assistance.

Role Overview

In this position, you will help clients access a range of financial products and services designed to support a bright future. The role includes providing investment advisory services, offering securities, and delivering insurance solutions through the applicable business lines listed below.

Key Responsibilities

• Present a broad set of financial products and services to clients seeking to establish strong financial foundations and achieve their monetary goals for a bright future.
• Provide investment advisory services through Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser.
• Provide securities through NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC).
• Provide insurance through a licensed insurance agency.

Training, Support, and Professional Development

• Complete a comprehensive three-year training program provided by New York Life.
• Receive marketing support along with prospecting and technical assistance.
• Develop your clientele with guidance from highly successful, established agents and managers.
• Access the resources and ongoing support expected from a Fortune 100 company.

Compensation and Work Location

• Pay: $88,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
