Honda Powersports Finance Manager

Honda of North Carolina is seeking a Finance Manager for its Granite Falls, NC location. This onsite role supports the sales team by structuring financing, presenting menu-based F&I products, and maintaining fully compliant deal documentation while emphasizing customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team and guide customers through financing and protection products using the dealership’s menu-based process.
• Structure deals and coordinate with lenders to obtain customer approvals.
• Maintain deal jackets so they remain clean, complete, and compliant.
• Provide ongoing customer care focused on leaving customers satisfied and supporting future visits for their next toy.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of F&I experience in automotive or powersports.
• Demonstrated ability as a strong, honest closer who supports the products presented.
• Comfort working within a menu selling process, used on every deal.
• Strong commitment to compliance, including maintaining the highest standards.
• Solid computer skills; experience with Lightspeed is a plus.
• Track record of high CSI.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deals at once.
• Self-motivated, high-energy team player with a professional work ethic and appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Granite Falls, NC 28630 (required).
