Member Services Representative

Honolulu, HI onsite role supporting member services, account setup, and frontline teller support at a financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate members and prospective members on credit union products and services
• Process membership establishment and support opening accounts
• Perform basic teller duties as needed
• Assist members with other financial services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of work experience in a financial institution required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• New accounts or teller experience preferred

Compensation & Schedule

• $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
• Full-time
• 40.0 hours per week expected
