Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

One Medical is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver patient-centered primary care onsite in San Francisco, CA (Financial District: Sutter office). The role includes managing a patient panel across acute, chronic, and well visits, with in-office care and occasional tele-health support.

Role Overview

You will manage a panel of patients with a range of needs, providing a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. Care is delivered through in-office appointments and occasional tele-health, along with treatment in appropriate locations such as testing centers. The position also emphasizes ongoing clinical improvement through structured team learning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs, completing a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Provide patient care in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning, along with additional learning modalities
• Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Apply your specific clinical training, including opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Required Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• Must be state licensed in California by your One Medical start date
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
  • 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting plus either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting

Preferred Experience

• Experience in LARC insertion (IUD + Nexplanon)
• Experience in colposcopy

Compensation

USD 164,700 - 196,875 per year.

Accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
