As a Prime Finance Services Sales Associate on the Platform Sales team in New York, you will join a role that rewards analytical rigor, collaborative problem solving, and client-focused execution. The compensation package includes a base salary in the USD 135,000 to 150,000 range, along with commission-based pay and discretionary incentive compensation (cash and/or forfeitable equity). This position emphasizes teamwork with senior sales and product partners, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing development across the client lifecycle. It offers a structured path to contribute to pricing, forecasting, and pipeline management while maintaining a quality-driven approach to prospecting and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Originate new prime brokerage mandates and expand wallet share with existing clients.
- Engage key alternative investment clients, presenting ideas across diverse strategies and structures to sophisticated hedge funds and asset owners.
- Collaborate with senior sales and product teams to study hedge fund dynamics and identify opportunities.
- Support prospecting and pitch workflows, set agendas, tailor materials, and manage follow-ups.
- Develop pricing proposals and contribute to sales forecasting.
- Manage the client lifecycle pipeline, perform segment analyses, and support governance processes.
- Contribute to platform sales initiatives through project-based work across the team.
