Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a client base while pursuing new business opportunities
  • Present our services to new and existing clients via video, phone, and in‑person meetings to broaden utilization
  • Recruit, assess, and place finance and accounting professionals in permanent roles with client organizations
  • Deliver consistent, high‑quality service to both clients and candidates
  • Maintain ongoing communication and provide career guidance to candidates
  • Participate in industry trade associations to raise visibility within the local finance and accounting community

Requirements

  • A business‑related degree, ideally in finance or accounting; CPA and/or MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in public or industry accounting/finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
  • A proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business
