Recruiting Manager (Financial Services)
Job Description
Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager to expand its client relationships and generate new business opportunities within financial services. This Boston, MA onsite role focuses on recruiting, evaluating, and placing finance and accounting talent while supporting candidates through communication and career guidance.
Role Overview
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and growing a client base and identifying new business opportunities in the financial services market. The position also supports recruiting activities for full-time finance and accounting placements with clients, with an emphasis on customer service and consistent candidate communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities.
- Introduce Robert Half’s services through video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to increase utilization.
- Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals into full-time roles with client organizations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
- Participate in industry trade associations to increase presence within the local finance and accounting community.
Required Qualifications
- Business related degree, ideally in finance or accounting.
- 2+ years of experience in public/industry accounting and/or finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA and/or MBA.
Compensation
- Typical salary range: USD 60,000 - 70,000 per yearly.
- Salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
- Bonus eligibility based on achievement of performance objectives.
