Senior Equipment Lease Finance Accountant role at CSA Financial in Westwood, MA, overseeing accounting operations including close, forecasting, tax compliance, invoicing, foreign consolidations, and collaboration with external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements and the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare timely month‑end and year‑end close reports.
• Develop rolling forecasts to support planning and decision making.
• Manage tax compliance and regulatory reporting on a timely basis.
• Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable efficiently.
• Handle foreign consolidations and currency conversions as needed.
• Interface directly with external independent auditors to facilitate year‑end tax filings, partner K‑1s, and the independently audited financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 1–5+ years of accounting experience, depending on seniority.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks; experience with QuickBooks implementation is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Lease Crunch is a plus.
• CPA or CMA is not required but is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication abilities.
