Job Description

This hybrid role in Deerfield, IL supports Moen's U.S. BU Sales and Channel Finance with financial reporting, planning, and analysis to boost profitability and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the finance partner for the Non-Single Family and VIP Plumber commercial teams, providing strategic financial guidance and decision support to Wholesale Sales; includes evaluating customer profitability and delivering accounting and forecasting insights as well as ad hoc analyses.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Channel on period cost budgets (ASM/SG&A), managing accruals, forecasting, and leading reviews.
  • Lead the finance ownership of the new rebate automation tool, directing implementation, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and delivering post-go-live support.
  • Support month-end close with accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial submissions to business partners and finance peers.
  • Develop expertise in customer Gross-to-Net GTN programs; oversee GTN calculations to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Growth Management and Channel teams to evaluate new business opportunities and proposals using solid financial analysis.
  • Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations to support Wholesale GTN sales calculations and operating expense accuracy.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual audit requests by providing clear, complete, and timely financial documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field; 7+ years preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and derive insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint, Word, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to work across multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting software implementations and contributing to project management activities.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
  • Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, BPC, HFM, Essbase, or Tableau.
  • Previous experience in sales finance, commercial finance, or supporting cross-functional teams.
