Senior Financial Analyst

Reyes Holdings offers a Senior Financial Analyst role in Chicago, IL (onsite) with an annual salary range of $92,880 to $116,100. You will contribute to budgeting and planning while delivering insights that support day-to-day and long-range decision-making. Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and operational reports, along with ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to quantify financial opportunity and risk, then communicate recommended business decisions and actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with divisional leadership and other functional areas to develop proactive solutions through process and technology improvements.
• Develop financial analysis tools to support management decision-making.
• Support the development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets, and corporate budgets.
• Maintain travel requirements of at least 25% to provide on-site support to division locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma with 7 to 9+ years of specific experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s Degree
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
