Sr. Analyst, Finance

This onsite Sr. Financial Analyst role in Uniontown, PA provides advanced financial analysis to support Smart Metering and partners with the Finance Manager and Operations Director to address business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support the forecast and budget process for Smart Metering by analyzing revenue, margins, expenses, capital projects, investments, headcount, and other inputs, ensuring clear variance explanations and rigorous evaluation of data.
• Provide oversight of weekly meetings covering operations, labor, and overhead spending to track efficiencies and variances to budget and forecast.
• Drive business and financial insights for the senior operations management team through data and analytics.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with budget and forecast expectations.
• Coordinate and execute the Smart Metering budget, strategic plan, and forecasting activities, with attention to year-over-year changes.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly updates to senior leadership on financial results and comparisons to the latest estimates and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Continuous Improvement leadership to provide savings guidance and present productivity results to senior leadership.
• Establish standard processes and controls to ensure data integrity and completeness.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as requested by management, typically under time constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related financial work experience
• Proven analytical ability and leadership capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to convey financial information to non-finance team members
• Expert in Microsoft Office applications and databases; OneStream and Business Objects experience preferred
• ERP experience preferred
