Responsibilities

As a senior financial analyst in business partnership, you will support weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting and contribute to planning cycles including the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. You will also perform extensive ad hoc analysis to support business needs.

  • Partner with Commercial and Pricing leaders to build dashboards, analyze KPIs, and develop strategies for profitable revenue growth
  • Recommend actions related to pricing optimization, customer segmentation, competitive analytics, and commercial strategy
  • Collaborate with business leaders to plan and implement strategic initiatives
  • Assist or own preparation, analysis, and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, along with extensive ad hoc analysis
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects and reporting as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of related experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Commercial
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and to draw and interpret graphs
  • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and graphics
  • Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives
  • Regular use of moderately complex oral and written communication
  • May train others, interact with others, and make presentations to departments or middle management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity

Work Environment

  • Primarily sedentary work: must sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently
  • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements)
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
