Job Description
Phoenix Children’s Hospital is seeking a Sr Regional Financial Analyst to deliver focused financial planning and analysis for a designated market within the pediatric health system. The role partners with operational teams to translate data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions and driving operational performance. This hybrid position is based in Phoenix, AZ, offering collaboration across regions while staying closely connected to local operations.
Responsibilities
- Performs financial analysis and reporting for the assigned business units or market regions.
- Generates monthly variance analyses and communicates findings to unit or market leadership.
- Maintains financial models and collects inputs to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
- Tracks financial performance, identifies trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partners with unit leaders to gather, analyze, summarize, and present recommendations on financial plans, trends, and operating forecasts.
- Delivers reliable and responsive customer service, ensuring accuracy and completeness for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serves as a strategic partner by understanding operations, financial drivers, and business plans.
- Forges strong relationships with teammates and both internal and external customers.
- Influences team and organizational success through proactive collaboration.
- Fulfills miscellaneous job‑related duties as requested.
