Responsibilities

• Report to the Command IQ and Advanced Concepts Business Operations Manager and manage all aspects of Program Finance for a portfolio of contracts.
• Drive business results by integrating data from program finance, master planning, estimating, contracts, engineering, supply chain and other functions.
• Oversee short and long-range financial and program performance both internally and externally.
• Internal management includes contract orders, sales, profit, cash, and capital expenditures.
• External management encompasses earned value management, program budget baselines and program performance reporting.
• Assess risks and opportunities affecting portfolio and program performance and collaborate with program management to develop action plans.
• Interface with external customers and internal stakeholders and support new business pursuits through competitive proposals, contributing to strategic business case development and analysis.

• FP&A Experience
• Ability to multitask and lead across competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with SAP, Cobra, ECE, Hyperion and other Program Performance Management tools
• Proven finance and business operations skills
• Strong analytic skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills to explain complex topics clearly and experience presenting to executive management
• US citizenship is required
• Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Location and Schedule

Location: Littleton, CO, with hybrid work arrangements.

Remote Telework: Part-time remote work is available; specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Schedule: 4x10 hour days, three days off per week. Lockheed Martin supports alternative schedules to provide additional flexibility beyond standard 40-hour weeks.

Relocation: Possible.

Compensation and Eligibility

Salary: USD 90,200 to 159,045 per year. This range reflects geographic variations and final work location considerations.
