Job Description
Entry-level Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I position at Bank of America in Glendale, CA (onsite), offering USD 28 - 33 per hour, focused on obtaining securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and building client relationships to deliver advisory solutions, with progression to Stage II and SAFE Act registration.
Responsibilities
- Pursue Securities Industry licenses through dedicated coursework for SIE, Series 7, and Series 66.
- Develop foundational advisory skills, including identifying and nurturing client relationships, evaluating clients' complex financial profiles, and providing guidance with solutions while maintaining a client-centric approach.
- Be assigned to a financial center to deliver core banking services, investment solutions, and client care.
- Advance to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II to deepen and expand relationships within a client portfolio.
- Collaborate with banking and investment partners; connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Deliver comprehensive, end-to-end advice, conduct client reviews and presentations, and propose strategies to help clients reach financial goals and life priorities.
- Engage with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients to expand your network and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrated aptitude to obtain required securities licenses.
- Strong time-management and self-discipline to handle workloads.
- Experience building client relationships, assessing needs, and proposing solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates.
- Results-oriented with a client-first approach in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
