Job Description

This onsite position is based in Scottsdale, AZ (with a future option to flex) and offers a salary range of $90,000 to $96,500 per year. Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and evaluate financial information supporting budgets, forecasts, pricing, planning, invoicing, and cost control across departments and cost pools.
- Set financial targets, monitor actual costs and allocations against budgets, and produce variance analyses that identify root causes and assess current and future performance.
- Develop financial analyses and executive deliverables to support strategic planning and organizational profitability.
- Assess investment and business opportunities, future trends, and the financial impact of government requirements and regulations; summarize recommendations and perform month-end close activities for assigned areas.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience, with at least five years of relevant experience; or a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of GAAP, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit and reporting requirements.
- Experience using Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
- Proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards, plus Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including Excel PivotTables and slicers.
- Experience analyzing complex financial data, reconciling financial accounts, and performing month-end close activities.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within company facilities.

Workplace options
This position is onsite with the option to flex moving forward. You will be based out of Scottsdale, AZ or Taunton, MA. No relocation package is being offered at this time.
