Associate Director, Corporate Finance & Investor Relations
Job Description
The Associate Director of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations will lead core financial planning and reporting activities while delivering clear analysis and strategic insight to both internal leadership and the investment community. This hybrid role is based in Clayton, Missouri and reports to the Sr. Director – Investor Relations & Corporate Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of consolidated management reporting for BellRing Brands, including Monthly Management Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Forecasts, and Board of Directors financial presentations, and drive analysis to communicate the ongoing financial outlook and related risks and opportunities.
- Own consolidated forecasting and budgeting across business units, driving analysis across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
- Develop and maintain modeling and scenario tools to support key decisions while promoting a risk-intelligent culture.
- Partner with internal teams to shape financial analysis and narrative that enables leadership decision-making.
- Support quarterly earnings preparation, including drafting the earnings release, tables, script, Q&A, and presentation.
- Develop investor materials such as presentations, investor background materials, and the annual report to communicate clearly and concisely to the investment community.
- Analyze sell-side analyst model updates and internal consensus against company forecasts and guidance, monitoring accuracy, completeness of data, and reasonableness of assumptions.
- Research and analyze the shareholder base to support investor targeting and event strategy.
- Handle highly sensitive and urgent ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
- Public company experience is preferred.
- Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience is preferred.
- Advanced FP&A skills with demonstrated success building strategic partnerships.
- Self-starter able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high attention to detail.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently through complex issues.
- Comfort presenting key results verbally, in writing, and visually to larger audiences.
- Strong meeting management, including outlining purpose, keeping participants engaged, and communicating follow-ups.
- Agile in Excel, NetSuite, and PowerPoint; experience with EPM, Adaptive, and Tableau is a plus.

Compensation
USD 155,000 - 165,000 per year.

Hybrid Work Setup
The role is hybrid. You will work from Premier Nutrition’s Clayton, Missouri headquarters each Tuesday morning to begin the in-person portion of the hybrid week. The all-company meeting is live-streamed and includes colleagues at the flagship subsidiary, Premier Nutrition Company, headquartered in Emeryville, California. The aligned in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

- Regularly switch between multiple systems, analyze detailed information, and manage competing priorities and deadlines.

- Occasional movement around the office may be required for meetings, collaboration, and team activities.
- May occasionally lift or move office materials weighing up to 10 pounds.
