Automotive Finance Manager

The Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager role at Kline Volvo Cars of Maplewood is an onsite position in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role oversees the finance and insurance workflow, maintains lender relationships, and seeks to deliver a transparent customer experience while handling approximately 40-60 deals per month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the finance and insurance process
• Present and sell finance products, service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other ancillary offerings
• Structure deals and secure financing through approved lending institutions
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and dealership policy
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners
• Review and finalize all deal documentation accurately and efficiently
• Deliver a transparent and professional customer experience
• Maintain profitability targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales management to optimize deal opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive F&I management experience
• Proven track record handling 40-60+ deals per month
• Strong closing, presentation, and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of automotive lending practices and compliance regulations
• Experience with menu selling and aftermarket products
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Compensation

Pay: $10,000 - $22,000+ per month. Compensation is based on experience, performance, product penetration, and overall dealership profitability.

In person at the dealership site in Saint Paul, MN.

Preferred Qualifications

• Luxury dealership experience is a plus
• Volvo experience is beneficial but not required
