Automotive Finance Manager

Toyota of Runnemede is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead vehicle financing and support the dealership’s F&I process. This onsite role in Runnemede, NJ focuses on delivering clear financing options to customers, managing F&I deals, and working with lending partners to help secure competitive financing programs.

The position also involves coordinating closely with the sales team to ensure every deal is properly referred for finance and continuing to build the internal process that drives accurate, compliant transaction handling across new and used vehicle sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle financing to customers and explain aftermarket products, including extended warranties.
• Identify new lending institutions and maintain relationships to support competitive interest rates and financing programs.
• Process financing and leasing deals accurately, including obtaining approvals through the appropriate financial sources.
• Follow and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that impact the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
• Build and maintain a referral process with the sales department to ensure new sales are directed to the F&I department.
• Train the sales team with information on finance and lease programs, including the dealership’s financing and extended service program benefits.

Requirements

• Previous Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) experience is required.
• Previous Finance Manager Experience is required.
• Proven track record of job stability and performance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

• Willingness to learn.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 120,000 - 200,000 per year.
