Billing and Financial Analyst w/TS Clearance

TekSynap is seeking a Billing and Financial Analyst to oversee customer invoicing, cost recovery, and financial reporting for a Department of Defense contract. This on-site role in Washington, DC emphasizes accuracy and transparency of financial deliverables, including Working Capital Fund billing and reconciliation, and requires a Top Secret clearance. The position calls for a solid background in federal cost accounting and contract finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees customer billing, cost recovery, and financial reporting with emphasis on Working Capital Fund billing and reconciliation.
• Ensures the accuracy and clarity of all financial deliverables delivered to government and customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or billing for federal contracts.
• Experience with federal cost accounting standards and billing systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience supporting government agencies or contracts within federal environments (including the Intelligence Community, DoD, Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations). Prior experience with the same or a similar contract and understanding of the customer environment is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Wage Information

Target salary range: $85,000 - $130,000 per year. The salary range is an estimate and will be determined by factors including education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed range is one component of total compensation.
