Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer at Bridgehaven provides strategic fiscal leadership from our Louisville, Kentucky operations, overseeing accounting, medical billing, insurance, risk management, budgeting, and regular reporting to the Finance Committee and Board.

Responsibilities
- Provide fiscal and administrative leadership and accountability for the agency.
- Oversee accounting, medical billing and reimbursement, insurance, and risk management functions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and report to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
- Produce annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and CARF standards; collaborate with auditors on the annual audit of financial statements and Form 990.
- Work with the CEO and Finance Committee to generate the annual agency budget, including creating and reviewing policies that meet accreditation standards across all areas described.
- Negotiate contracts and serve as the primary contact with Managed Care Organizations.
- Supervise accounting and medical billing staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in finance or accounting.
- Ten years of accounting experience.
- Five years of supervisory experience.
- CPA is preferred.
