Job Description
A family-owned real estate development firm seeks a Chief Financial Officer to oversee accounting for about 75 single-purpose entities, prepare financial statements and pro formas, and coordinate with lenders, investors, and tax preparers; construction accounting knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of accounting for roughly 75 single-purpose entities
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to stakeholders and investors
- Enhance cash flow management, monitor costs, and drive financial efficiency
- Collaborate with external CPAs to ensure timely tax filings
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant financial leadership experience
