Dealership Finance Manager

Senior finance professional sought to own and lead the Finance Department at Gib’s RV Superstore in Eugene, OR, with direct mentorship from ownership, uncapped earning potential, and a permanent career role.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Finance Department.
• Master the F&I process in real time, securing lender approvals and obtaining customer commitments.
• Maintain flawless paperwork, manage contracts in transit, and ensure efficient, timely funding through constant communication with the business office.
• Handle customers' sensitive financial lives and the dealership’s vital interests with compliance and integrity.

Requirements

• Professional Communication: Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain advantageous working relationships with banks, lenders, and vendors.
• Technical Proficiency: High level computer literacy and efficient typing skills to manage contracts and lender portals accurately.
• Continuous Growth: Commitment to constant learning; willingness to stay current on lending trends, compliance laws, and evolving industry standards.
• Proven Performance: Track record of reliability and high-level success in a professional setting.

Pay: $75,000 - $150,000 per year
