Big Sky Motel in Roundup, MT offers a live-on-site leadership role guiding finance and revenue strategy. This position emphasizes improving NOI, boosting operational efficiency, and strengthening overall financial performance while providing housing support to foster focus and stability on site.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, and revenue performance
- Oversee pricing strategy and rate adjustments
- Analyze operational and financial reporting
- Monitor labor efficiency and operational costs
- Coordinate inventory and purchasing systems
- Improve direct booking performance and reservation accuracy
- Help maintain financial and operational organization across the property
- Answer guest calls and make reservations
- Manage daily guest communication and front office coverage
- Check guests in and support guest needs throughout their stay
Requirements
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)
- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Revenue management: 3 years (Preferred)

Schedule
Monday–Friday. Open to close (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM) April through November, and 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM November through April.

Compensation
Salary: USD 45,000 – 55,000 per year
