Responsibilities

• Structure and finalize automotive finance and lease transactions
• Present F&I products professionally, ethically, and effectively
• Maintain strong lender relationships to secure competitive approvals
• Ensure complete accuracy and compliance with all state, federal, and lender requirements
• Close clean, fundable deals with minimal rework or callbacks
• Collaborate with sales and management to ensure seamless deliveries
• Protect customer data and dealership assets

Requirements

• Previous F&I Manager experience required
• Proven record of high production, solid compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Deep understanding of automotive finance, digital menus, and lender programs
• Excellent communication, closing, and organizational abilities
• High integrity, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS)
• Valid driver's license
