Job Description

Experis is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Finance Manager to support cross-functional Finance teams in a remote capacity. In this role, you will help drive financial planning and reporting for the Lifestyle division, deliver analytics for leadership discussions, and support ongoing Finance transformation work, including SAP integration and the move away from legacy reporting tools.

You will contribute to core planning rhythms such as Monthly Business Planning and Dynamic Forecast, while partnering with Finance Co-pilots and other stakeholders to build new operational workflows. The position also involves preparing leadership presentations, analyzing variances, and translating trends into clear insights on risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support financial planning and reporting for the Lifestyle division, including pulling and managing testing of data used in financial models.
  • Assist with processes tied to SAP integration and business transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance Co-pilots and cross-functional teams to transition from legacy reporting tools to new operational workflows.
  • Contribute to the Monthly Business Planning process, Dynamic Forecast, and other strategic financial activities.
  • Create and update leadership presentations; analyze variances and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; an MBA is a plus.
  • Up to 5-7 years of experience in planning and reporting within a consumer products or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP financial reporting and processes.
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adjust quickly to shifting priorities.
