Responsibilities
- Provide financial and business decision support to operations teams at the Troy site
- Deliver effective cost performance analysis and support the EAC process
- Assist budgeting and forecasting efforts, including financial reporting, expense management, and capital investment planning aligned to strategic and financial objectives
- Help implement key business projects that improve productivity and affordability
- Monitor and enhance process controls in line with internal controls and accounting practices
- Contribute to teams or independent assignments aimed at simplifying part costing, targeting, and program cost reporting
- Support monthly close activities for overhead, capital, and earned value, including variance analysis and operational reviews
- Communicate risk and opportunities to Operations leadership and Senior Management
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to FP&A, Programs, and senior leaders
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including managing team metrics
Requirements
- Expertise in SAP and Excel, data analytics, Tableau, with familiarity of Sikorsky Operations
- Proven track record in root cause corrective actions, building effective relationships, and forecast accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience; 6 years of professional experience with a related Bachelor's degree, or 4 years with a related Master’s degree
