Job Description

Support JPMorganChase’s Client Onboarding & Servicing (COS) organization by translating financial data and analytics into executive-ready visibility across initiatives, metrics, financials, and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with COS and CIB Finance & Business Management to create executive presentations, combining financials and data into a cohesive narrative around projections and performance trends
  • Develop management reporting packages that communicate business results clearly and concisely to multiple constituents
  • Use analysis to build executive-level slides in PowerPoint, including work with PitchPro+ to present initiatives and outcomes
  • Coordinate deliverables across business managers, finance, project managers, and other F&B&M teams to support end-to-end execution
  • Analyze large data sets, review KPI trends, and produce insights that support COS strategy development
  • Partner with COS and CIB F&B&M to support budgeting and headcount and direct expense forecasting
  • Participate in the activity based costing process to allocate expenses across LOBs and support downstream client profitability reporting
  • Maintain a strong professional presence and communicate directly with stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborate across business and staff areas; achieve goals through partnership, including when direct control over resources is limited

Requirements

  • Experience with Business Management and/or Data Analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3-4 years of experience in financial data analysis and storytelling
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships across multiple levels of employees
  • Strong presentation skills and experience presenting complex initiatives and results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with business stakeholders; strong attention to detail and consistent work ethic
  • Highly motivated, proactive mindset with a passion for learning and an inquisitive approach
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking; mature, independent, highly organized, self-motivated team player
  • PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills required
  • Knowledge of or experience with BI tools, databases, and SQL querying is a plus

  • Location: Plano, TX (onsite)
  • Compensation: USD 95,000 - 130,000 per year
