Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner role at Main Line Health focuses on planning, forecasting, and decision-support for operational and clinical leaders within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to deliver financial guidance and strategic support.
• Own the annual budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planning processes.
• Review financial performance, analyze variances, and evaluate key trends to support informed decision-making.
• Create business cases, ROI analyses, and financial models for new programs, capital projects, and service expansions.
• Spot and evaluate opportunities to reduce costs, improve revenue, and increase operational efficiency.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.
• Support compliance with financial policies, healthcare regulations, and risk management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience required, preferably in healthcare or a similarly complex industry.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
• Hybrid role seeks real estate or facilities experience.
