Finance Director

Camp Ocean Pines, based in Cambria, California, offers a hybrid work arrangement and is seeking a Finance Director to lead the camp’s financial operations. The role oversees accounting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and financial development to drive the strategic plan, with reporting responsibilities to the Executive Director as part of the management team. The position carries a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year and requires at least three years of financial leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the camp's accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial development, to support the strategic plan.
• Provide oversight and support of camp operations as a member of the management team.
• Implement financial processes across multiple departments to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other financial service providers.
• Maintain policies and procedures in compliance with GAAP.
• Supervise one part-time administrative position.
• Report to the Executive Director.

Requirements
