Responsibilities

• Explain financing and leasing options to sales consultants and their customers, clarifying terms and processes.
• Assess customer needs to align specific finance or leasing programs with their requirements.
• Present financial products such as Vehicle Service Agreements, insurance options, Guaranteed Auto Protection, and additional dealership services.
• Prepare and complete all paperwork required to finalize sales and lease transactions accurately.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of documents.
• Serve as a positive liaison between the finance office and other departments to support collaboration.
• Actively support the sales process and contribute to a smooth transaction flow.
• Collaborate with sales managers to train and coach sales associates.
• Maintain a proactive, high-energy approach and a constructive attitude each day.
