Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to lead fiscal management and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee corporate accounting activities such as general ledger reconciliation, cost accounting, and account analysis to maintain precise financial records.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow analysis, investment management, and risk assessment to optimize liquidity and protect assets.
• Ensure regulatory reporting across governmental and non profit sectors by implementing robust compliance practices.
• Develop strategic financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and balance sheet management.
• Perform risk analyses to identify financial vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development, revenue management strategies including ASC 606 and cost management projects.
• Utilize advanced financial software for accurate bookkeeping, reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership in fiscal practices that promote sustainable growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in finance within country club environments and familiarity with Jonas software.
• Deep knowledge of IAS, IFRS, GAAP, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Proficiency with financial software systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar platforms.
• Strong expertise in risk management, budget development, forecasting techniques, and financial analysis.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing detailed financial reports and explaining complex data to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with technical accounting topics including accrual accounting, revenue management, cost control strategies, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes while upholding high accuracy standards.

Pay
