Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year strategic planning
- Track performance against KPIs and strategic targets, flagging risks and opportunities
- Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports for senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Design and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to boost efficiency and ensure compliance
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
- Drive financial modeling and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to advance cost-control and profitability initiatives
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners
- Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and reporting requirements
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
- Analyze industry trends and competitive performance to inform business strategy
- Support executive leadership with board materials, presentations, and strategic initiatives
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to scale the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Experience developing financial models and supporting strategic business decisions
- Proven leadership and ability to develop team members
- Analytical, problem-solving, and sound decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High integrity and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
