Finance Manager – 4-Wall

Join Home Depot / THD in Atlanta, GA onsite as a Finance Manager for the 4-Wall segment. This role delivers end-to-end financial leadership for the FDC/BDC platform within the Supply Chain, with a strong focus on 4-wall expense management, planning, and reporting. You will partner with operations and cross-functional leaders to translate business activities into financial insights and align operational performance with financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analysis and problem solving: gain a thorough understanding of the business, identify opportunities for process and organizational improvements, and implement effective solutions.
• Plan and execute department objectives to support overall strategy.
• Participate in the annual budget process; review monthly expenditures and ensure budget goals are met.
• Monitor monthly metrics to confirm performance targets are achieved.
• Lead financial planning for the function and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead, plan, and coordinate work teams to perform financial activities efficiently; use metrics to track performance and manage workload.
• Ensure operational processes and procedures comply with established policies.
• Drive key financial metrics to support business performance.
• Project management: develop and support strategic partnerships with business partners.
• Participate in cross-functional activities to address business issues and enhance competitive advantage.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication with Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate, Operations, and Information Systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Five years of work experience.

Direct Manager / Reports

• Typically reports to a Director level.
• This position has no direct reports.

Travel

• Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Physical Requirements

• Primarily seated work with opportunities to move; occasional lifting of light articles may be required.

Working Conditions

• Located in a comfortable indoor environment; unpleasant conditions are infrequent and not objectionable.
