Job Description
PwC seeks a Senior Associate for Finance Transformation in Finance Operations Consulting in Charlotte, NC (onsite), with a salary range of USD 77,000 to 202,000 per year and a requirement of a Bachelor's degree plus at least 4 years of finance operations experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive improvements across client finance processes to boost efficiency in procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report cycles
- Analyze complex financial challenges and develop actionable solutions
- Mentor junior team members to build skills and capabilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Navigate complex business scenarios to deliver strong results
- Deepen understanding of business context and industry trends to inform transformation work
- Apply advanced AI technologies to enable digital finance transformation
- Support the growth and capability development of the Financial Operations team
