Financial Advisor

Join The Terrio Group as a Financial Advisor based in Port Saint Lucie, FL with a hybrid work setup. This role is built for a licensed, producing advisor who wants to bring their existing client book, own the income that comes from it, and grow production with a real team and structured support behind them.

You will focus on growing your book deliberately, with coaching and systems in place, while the organization tracks advisor performance so you can understand your own ROI, not just the firm’s results.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring your existing book and continue serving those clients as your own
• Prospect, close, and expand the client base you own
• Manage client relationships and portfolios with support from a team covering portfolio management, planning, operations, and compliance
• Use the firm’s systems and coaching to increase production with intention rather than chance
• Track and understand your own ROI, with reporting focused on advisor numbers

Requirements

• Licensed, producing advisor with a real book that can be brought to the role
• Active production already, with motivation to keep more upside tied to your own work
• Prefer a closer mindset over caretaker-style servicing, with interest in growth over maintenance only
• Desire to own clients and income, and commitment to earn it
• Coachable approach, using the team’s data and method to grow instead of guessing

Compensation

• $100,000 to $200,000 per year
