Job Description
Truist Bank is seeking a Financial Consultant onsite in Lancaster, PA.
Responsibilities
- Help shape the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to drive revenue growth.
- Advise clients and prospects by assessing goals, risk tolerance, and objectives to identify suitable investment products and implement them.
- Support clients with trades, information requests, research, and account issues.
- Deliver ongoing client relationship management, including counsel, relationship reviews, and service initiatives.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of client presentations and engagements.
- Support the Advisor in maintaining profitable securities and insurance sales by acting on opportunities sourced via external networking and internal referrals.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards set by Truist, FINRA, and other regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or banking, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Four years of professional experience, including at least one year in the securities industry.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
- State health and life insurance licenses with registrations that align with the advisor(s) supported.
- Well organized, self-motivated, with strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasive, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency with common computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite.
