Compensation

• Salary: USD 60,200 - 107,400 per year

Location

• Lafayette, Louisiana, hybrid work arrangement

Responsibilities

• Develop, perform, and manage analyses of business and financial metrics and performance indicators for Home Health and Hospice
• Investigate the drivers behind financial results and clearly communicate insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Create and maintain financial reports that show actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast, and budget
• Collaborate with business teams to propose and implement strategies, plans, and processes that improve profitability and drive cost efficiencies
• Partner across the organization to complete all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 2+ years of financial and/or accounting experience
• 2+ years of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis experience
• 2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)
• Financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills
• Experience owning and managing financial models with demonstrated process improvement
• Highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy
• Team player with effective written and verbal communication across diverse business backgrounds
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to leadership
• Ability to work full-time during normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with planning tools such as Essbase, Oracle EPM, Planful, and PeopleSoft Financials
• Self-sufficient, independent thinker with ownership and accountability
• Ability to work independently
