Job Description
Financial Management Associate at Lockheed Martin MISSILES AND FIRE CONTROL provides financial analysis, budgets and forecasts, and Earned Value Management support across the program lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver actionable budgets and forecasts aligned with core business processes, perform data analysis, generate internal reports, collaborate with program management and IPT leads, build analytical tools, and handle ad hoc requests.
- Present financial performance to leadership through clear reporting and concise presentations.
- Oversee Earned Value Management implementation and monitor program performance tailored to each project.
- Support additional duties as needed, including special projects and analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and gather stakeholder data from across the organization promptly
- Experience with cost and budget management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Location and Work Arrangements
