Financial Management - Level 2

As a Financial Management - Level 2 analyst on Lockheed Martin's Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Program Finance team, you will support budgeting, earned value, cost tracking and reporting for ADP initiatives. This hybrid role in Palmdale, CA combines financial rigor with program execution to help drive performance and accountability across complex aerospace projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB).
• Analyze and reconcile actual costs against budgets and estimates.
• Develop Estimates at Complete (EAC) for program budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct Earned Value analysis and prepare associated reporting.
• Perform cost allocation in accordance with established accounting policies.
• Control program costs through monitoring, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Prepare financial performance reports and deliver contractual financial deliverables to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• This position will require a government security clearance
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or 4 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors degree
• Experience in any of the following: Financial analysis, pricing and estimating, expense tracking, program scheduling, supply chain management and interpreting policy, and/or purchasing/procurement.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work schedules

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay rate

The annual base salary ranges by location are as follows:

• In California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC: $60,600 - $106,835.
• In most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York: $69,700 - $120,750.
