Job Description

This senior financial management role supports the JASSM Production contracts with responsibilities spanning budgeting, cost tracking, and ensuring program financial commitments across multiple programs, in a hybrid environment based in Orlando, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor budgets, track costs, and perform cost analyses
  • Prepare quarterly estimates at completion (EACs) and support the program team in monitoring expenditures
  • Identify financial issues and ensure program commitments are fulfilled
  • Collaborate with program and financial management staff to ensure adherence to company processes
  • Process invoices to support timely billing and collections

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of cost collection and budgeting
  • Cost control experience preferred
  • Demonstrated strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a high pressure environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Accountability and professionalism in work style
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of LM MFC financial tools such as EFS, SAP, and FIRE

Description

As a Financial Management Senior, you will support multiple contracts within the JASSM Production program, responsible for establishing and monitoring budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring program financial commitments are met.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Establish and monitor budgets, track and reconcile costs, and perform cost analysis to identify trends and issues
  • Prepare quarterly EACs and assist the program team in monitoring and tracking expenditures, highlighting concerns and ensuring financial commitments are met

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Establishing and monitoring budgets, tracking costs, and conducting cost analysis
  • Preparing quarterly EACs and assisting the program team in monitoring expenditures
  • Identifying and addressing financial issues, and ensuring program financial commitments are met
  • Interacting with program and financial management personnel to ensure conformance with company processes and procedures
  • Processing invoices for timely billing and receipt of collections
