Financial Management Sr / Lvl 3

Senior Financial Management role within Lockheed Martin's Advanced Programs Finance team in Orlando, FL (hybrid). The position provides financial oversight, reporting, consolidation, and planning/analysis for contracts, developed in collaboration with program leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities to report financials for multiple contracts, perform financial consolidation, and deliver planning and analysis for program areas.
• Assist with financial consolidation efforts and key outputs such as Monthly Outlooks and Contract Status Reports (CSRs).
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and risk assessment across various contracts.
• Offer actionable recommendations to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.
• Collaborate with the program finance team and cross‑functional partners to enable informed decision making.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of program finance rhythms and activities.
• Experience with the quarterly Contract Status Review Process.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain complex financial models and analyze large datasets to inform business decisions.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the capacity to present complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizen and eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.
