Financial Reporting Analyst- Level 3

Join the ADP Program Finance team as a Financial Reporting Analyst Level 3 in Fort Worth, TX. This role emphasizes accurate cost tracking, Earned Value analysis, performance reporting, forecasting, and delivering financial insights to advance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program finance activities with a focus on precision, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and sustain Performance Measurement Baselines to monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Execute Earned Value Management analysis, identify variances, perform root-cause analysis, and develop Estimates at Complete.
• Oversee cost allocation, reconciliation, and control activities to maintain financial integrity across multiple contracts and projects.
• Leverage CostView, Cobra, and wInsight to monitor, analyze, and report program performance.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and recommended actions to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Develop and document corrective action plans to address cost or schedule variances.
• Collaborate with program and functional teams to align financial performance with business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience with data analysis using self-developed queries and with cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra.
• Background in Earned Value Management and in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
• Experience with formal CPR and IPMR reporting.

Compensation

Base salary range is USD 73,800 to 147,085 per year. Geographic variations may apply, and final range reflects the candidate’s work location.

Location and Work Arrangement

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility. This is an onsite full-time position.

Work Schedule

Schedule for this position: 4 days on, 10 hours per day, with 3 days off each week. Lockheed Martin supports additional flexible schedules beyond standard workweeks.
