Financial Reporting Manager

Own the financial reporting function end-to-end, supporting close, technical accounting, audits, and decision-ready analysis.

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities across the financial reporting process.
• Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Handle multi-entity accounting, consolidated reporting, and revenue recognition support.
• Manage annual audits and coordinate directly with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance initiatives.
• Optimize NetSuite reporting and support system enhancement projects related to reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA license.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting, audit, or a combination of public accounting and industry experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls.
• Experience in multi-entity environments, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and reporting enhancements.

Location: San Antonio, TX (onsite)

Compensation: USD 120,000 - 140,000 per year

Minimum Experience: 5 years
