Job Description

This role in Pasadena, CA (onsite) is part of New York Life’s Fast Track Partner program, with a focus on building a sales team aligned to the company’s financial goals and long-term strategy.

Compensation: USD 90,000 - 200,000 per year, with 2020 average income for Managers approximately $250,000.

Responsibilities

In this manager role, you will be responsible for the recruiting AND development of a team of salespeople, supporting both individual performance and alignment with New York Life’s financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the Financial Services industry (required)
  • Previous sales experience (required)
  • Previous management experience (required)
  • Life and Health License preferred but not necessary
  • Series 6 or Series 7 and Series 63 preferred but not necessary
  • Bilingual communication preferred: Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, or other languages a plus
